HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There are various subscriptions formulas which renew automatically:

Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box monthly subscription at £29.95. You sign up for as long as you want and get your Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box every month. The subscription renews every month by using your set up payment method and you can cancel at any time.

Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box 6-months subscription at £173, (or £28.84 a month per Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box) saving you £6. You get 6 Just Killin’ Time Subscription Boxes over the 6 months following your order. The subscription is automatically renewed by direct debit every 6 months and you can cancel at any time.

Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box 12-months subscription at £335, (or £27.92 a month per Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box) saving you £24! You get 12 Just Killin’ Time Subscription Boxes over the 12 months following your order. The subscription is automatically renewed by direct debit every 12 months and you can cancel at any time.

WHAT WILL I GET IN MY JUST KILLIN’ TIME SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

We include a haul of unique collectable items, including our signature exclusive t-shirts and collectables with a RRP value of over £80. You're not told what's in the box because it's a surprise!

How does 'Partners in Crime' work?

This option lets you join forces with your partner in crime to get your hands on a monthly JKT subscription box at an exclusive shipping rate. We send out one JKT subscription box per month with twice the contents of our usual subscription boxes and a smaller shipping fee than if you ordered separately. 

 

In each ‘partners in crime’ subscription box you will receive double the JKT contents to share; thats two t-shirts, two magazines, two books… and so on. You both then share the cost of shipping with our special ‘Partners in Crime’ exclusive shipping rates. The only problem you will have is deciding when to get together and open your box!

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR JUST ONE JUST KILLIN’ TIME SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

You just need to subscribe so your order is processed and then cancel your subscription before your next Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box automatic payment is due (this will be on the 15th of the month after you join us). That way, you just get the first Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box of your subscription and not the others.

DO I NEED TO RE-ORDER EVERY MONTH TO BE SURE TO RECEIVE MY JUST KILLIN’ TIME SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

No way! That's the point of subscribing :) There's no need to re-order each time. Once you've signed up, your subscription is renewed monthly so you can be sure to get your Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box every month.

IF I ORDER A PACK OF 6 OR 12 JUST KILLIN’ TIME SUBSCRIPTION BOXES, WILL I GET THEM AUTOMATICALLY?

Yes. As you have paid your order in full, you will receive your Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box every month for 6 or 12 months. At the end of the 6 or 12 month period, the subscription will be automatically renewed with your chosen payment method (taken on the 15th of the month after your payment period ends, for example if your ordered your 6 month Just Killin' Time subscription in February your next payment will be due on the 15th August). You can, of course, cancel your subscription at any time (before your payment date).

HOW DO I CANCEL MY JUST KILLIN’ TIME SUBSCRIPTION BOX SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel your Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box subscription at any time by contacting info@justkillintime.org. To cancel the following month's delivery, you need to cancel your subscription before the payment date (for example: if your payment is taken on the 15th of June for delivery of a box in July, you need to cancel by the 14th June if you do not want to receive July's box).

WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE DEBITED?

We take your payment when you place your order for your first Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box. As long as you don't cancel, your Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box subscription is then automatically renewed every month. We therefore process your automatic payment for the next Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box on the 15th of every month after you join us.(for example, if you subscribed to Just Killin' Time Subscription box on the 10th September, your next payment date will be the 15th October).

I HAVE BOUGHT MY JUST KILLIN’ TIME SUBSCRIPTION BOX. WHEN WILL I GET IT?

So to enhance the element of surprise for all our subscribers, all Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box orders are sent out at the same time on the same day. They are dispatched between the 10th and 15th of each month.

Our payment cycle runs from the 16th to the 15th of every month, the cut off date for orders is the 15th of every month. If you order after the 15th then you will receive your first Just Killin' Time subscription box in our next delivery cycle. For example, if you join us on the 16th September your first box will be dispatched  between the 10th and 15th of November. If you join us on the 15th September your first box will be dispatched between the 10th and 15th of October.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY REGULAR SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT IS MISSED?

We take all monthly subscription payments on the 15th of the month for the next months box. However, we know sometimes unexpected circumstances mean the money may not be available in your account on this date. If you payment does not go through as expected we will try again to debit your account over the next few weeks so you don't need to take any further action. if we are unable to take payment your subscription box dispatch will be paused until payments are made. The may mean that you miss a months box. Please do not resubscribe to make payment without contact us at info@justkillintime.org, as this could result in multiple open subscription accounts.  

HOW DO I GIVE A JUST KILLIN’ TIME SUBSCRIPTION BOX SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?

The best way is to order a 1, 6 or 12-months gift card specially designed for that purpose.

If you want to just give one Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box, place an order for a monthly subscription. You simply need to give us a delivery address that is not the same as your billing address. Don't forget to cancel the subscription as soon as your order is confirmed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At the moment we accept Paypal (store transactions only, unavailable for monthly subscriptions), Visa Credit, Visa Debit and MasterCard

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PAYMENT DETAILS?

If you want to change the card details for your recurring payment method, just resubscribe with your new details as normal. Then email us at info@justkillintime.org to let us know, so that we can match the new details to your existing account.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY TSHIRT SIZE?

If you want to change your t-shirt size just email the team at info@justkillintime.org and we will update your account. T-shirts are custom ordered on the 15th of each month for the following months box, therefore if you notify us after the 15th the change will not be reflected in your box contents immediately. 

THE JUST KILLIN’ TIME SUBSCRIPTION BOXES HAVE BEEN SENT OUT BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING!

If you have provided us the correct address when you created your account, you should receive an email notifying you that your Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box has been sent. If after 10 working days you still have not received anything, check that the postal address you have given us is correct (typing errors occur more often than you might think!) and check with your local post office in case the parcel is pending delivery. You can also contact our Customer Service at info@justkillintime.org so we can help you.

CAN I HAVE A JUST KILLIN’ TIME SUBSCRIPTION BOX DELIVERED ABROAD OR OVERSEAS?

Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box ships worldwide, if your home town does not appear on our courier list then please contact us for a delivery quote.

MY JUST KILLIN’ TIME SUBSCRIPTION BOX HAS ARRIVED WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS?If a product is damaged, send a picture of it at info@justkillintime.org and we will find a solution together.

If you think something is missing, check with the contents list in the Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box to check if everything is there. If we have left something out when making up your Just Killin’ Time Subscription Box, we will be very surprised and apologise in advance.
